Efficient, Long-Lasting Insulation for Commercial and Agricultural Buildings
Spray foam is one of the most effective ways to insulate a working building. Applied as a liquid that expands and sets in place, it seals the gaps, joints and awkward profiles that rigid boards and rolls leave behind — cutting heat loss, steadying internal temperatures and reducing the cost of heating a space. We install professional spray foam insulation for commercial, industrial and agricultural clients throughout Walsall and the wider West Midlands.
Because it is sprayed rather than fitted, foam follows the exact shape of the surface it is applied to. That makes it ideal for the steel and timber frames, profiled roof sheets and irregular structures that most commercial and rural buildings are built from — and for smaller structures such as shipping containers, outbuildings and vehicles, where every millimetre of space matters.
Where Spray Foam Insulation Is Used
Our installation work covers non-domestic buildings and structures, including:
- Commercial and industrial premises — warehouses, workshops, trade units and offices
- Agricultural buildings — barns, livestock and storage buildings, and farm workshops
- Steel-frame and timber-frame buildings — where foam bonds directly to the frame and cladding
- Corrugated and zinc roofs — sealing profiled sheeting against draughts and condensation
- Shipping containers — converted for storage, site accommodation or workspace
- Outbuildings — garden rooms, garden offices, studios and sheds
- Boats and camper vans — lightweight insulation that follows a curved hull or body
A note for homeowners: spray foam is no longer installed in domestic residential properties. If you already have spray foam in a house that a lender or surveyor has flagged, please see our spray foam removal service instead.
Open Cell or Closed Cell?
There are two types of spray foam, and the right one depends on the building and how it is used. We survey first and recommend accordingly.
Open cell spray foam is lighter and more economical, with excellent thermal performance for warm, dry, enclosed spaces such as office units and garden rooms.
Closed cell spray foam is denser and more rigid. It adds structural strength, resists moisture and delivers a higher insulation value per millimetre — making it the usual choice for metal-framed and agricultural buildings, containers and underfloor and slab applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Spray foam insulation is no longer used in domestic residential properties. Our installation service is for commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings and similar non-domestic structures. If you have spray foam in a home that is affecting a mortgage or sale, we offer a separate spray foam removal service.
We insulate warehouses, workshops, units and offices, agricultural and farm buildings, steel- and timber-framed structures, shipping containers, outbuildings such as garden rooms and studios, boats and camper vans, and corrugated or zinc roofs across Walsall and the West Midlands.
It depends on the building and how it is used. Open cell is lighter and cost-effective for warm, dry spaces; closed cell is denser, adds strength and resists moisture, making it well suited to metal frames, containers and agricultural buildings. We advise on the right choice at survey.
Most jobs are completed in a single day, though larger commercial or agricultural buildings may take longer. We work around your operations and leave the site clean on completion.
